We ship to all states and territories in Australia. We don't currently offer international shipping, but please email hello@luxebins.com.au and we'll see what we can do! Please subscribe to our newsletter so you receive all updates.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method you select at checkout. Generally, orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped within 3-5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We move fast here at Luxe Bins so if you need to cancel an order, please contact us at hello@luxebins.com.au as soon as possible.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it, but you can return the items for a refund, minus shipping costs.

Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information from AusPost. You can use this information to track your package online.
